Has improved much since original review, the waiting times are much better and the new staff are not as confused about why they are there and seem to be repairing the reputation of this establishment. Been a few times since and the service has greatly improved, also the quality has improved from slime greasy to crispy as it should be, the fries were much improved having a slight crisp to them.
Still on occasion forget a odd side Keep up the improvement it has been noticed by your customers Will review again in the future.

Felt like a dystopian future where all adults have died. In my life experience if you put lots of children in a room without supervision chaos ensues. I witnessed through the pay window only children looking under the age of 18, laughing, giggling and joking about, staff members watching tik tok. The room white with smoke and the sounds of young giggles. Reminisant of a Ronald dhal book. I ordered coffee but when got to the window they said they didn't do coffee and I would have to have Pepsi. I checked other reviews here and a lot of complaints about experince or messing around going on here. I feel concerned from a hygiene point of view, anyways the results of this labour. Some parts of the chicken meal appeared normal chicken wings were crispy and correct color and taste. Larger pieces had lost its crispness to greese and as very dark in colour and seemed burned, the fries were good for KFC standards but all night I was feeling sick and didn't get much sleep, digesting this was a struggle. I like the fact they give young people a chance but at you need at least a certain ratio of adults to teenagers or they will play. Read moreWe were looking forward to having a KFC near by until we went, service was really slow because of the shortage of chicken, so we figured it was new and things happen, we go again, same issue, we went at 8 at night on the way home from a football match, we should have chosen anywhere else, service was slow again, spoke to the staff, said they were short of certain chicken but they took the order and other orders after us? Why not tell people only certain products available? After 30 minutes people are getting angry, delivery drivers with orders being turned away, the server said that she was on rubbish money, the others were messing about, manageress showed up and said shortage and low staff, basically they didn't care and rather than take control of the situation, their lack of action made the whole situation worse, KFC should pay better and have experienced managers it is a worldwide brand! But they should have better training on what to do in situations like this, we were told they are not allowed to shut, so tell people what they do have an make it easier on yourself and customers. It's a great location and the area really needed a KFC to serve it. 1.Train the staff - never had a correct order in the 4 times I've been in the drive through. Waiting times are too high. 2. Help the staff be engaged - there should be a buzz working in a shiny new restaurant - not ideal to be checking your phone in the drive through window whilst the food doesn't come. 3.Don't work with Deliveroo , if you rank riders and Deliveroo customers lower than everyone else, which is demonstrated by cancelled orders after 2 hours, then orders that slip back over 1.5 hours. Frustrating. I hope they improve because it could only get worse if it was shut....and that's in nobody's interests. Update: Latest & last ever order arrived over an hour late, £9.47 of missing items and one half of the burger bun missing! Must be a new 'Zinger Open Sandwich' 😉.
