McDonald's — Restaurant in Bolton

Called in on Saturday, I just wanted a large strawberry milkshake. I stood at the till for about 15 minutes, there was 6 staff stood together chatting (all girls'ish and silly giggley kids) they noticed I wanted serving and continued to ignore me and carry on with there conversation, it's like it was a competition to see how long they could go without serving me and who would break first, some silly girl thing with funny teeth started laughing when i eventually asked was anyone serving and they still did nothing, eventually when I did get served I asked for a large strawberry milkshake and the person who served me strolled back over to her friends once she has served me, they was not busy at all and there was about 2 cars in the drive through and the restaurant was almost empty, the milkshake machine was behind the till that she served me on but obviously her conversation was more important so I had to wait for a long time as after all a strawberry milkshake does take a lot of preparing. When it was clear I wasn't going to get the drink unless I asked them as they had forgot about it I was given a small strawberry milkshake that had been sat there, I told her I had asked for a large one, she pulled her face and did me a large one so every cloud hey 😃 👍 joke of place, worst McDonald's i...

Some of the staff are nice & friendly, while others arent very good. Orders are often incorrect/missing things/underwhelming.

Some staff arent very competant, went earlier today and was placing an order, asked for no lettuce, the employee served off the order assuming that i had finished ordering when i hadnt. When the burger came, it was obvious the burger originally had lettuce on it & it had just been taken off as there were still small pieces of lettuce stuck to the burger and in the box. Ordered 2 large fries and both were served half empty, if i wanted a small or medium fries surely i would have ordered a small or medium, but i ordered large, for a company as large as McDonalds there should be no reason that customers cant get a full set of fries that theyre paying for. Used to enjoy getting Toffee lattes but they were served incorrectly on so many occasions, one night i was served a cup of hot milk.

On the other hand some staff members are great, notably Nikola who is happy to help customers & is friendly in the drive thru.

The dining area is generally kept tidy, but it isnt clean.

Very disappointing order food at the drive-thru picked up at the second window one of the Mc flurries was wrong we wanted no sauce just chocolate staff member said ok will bring it out to you can you Park up so we did this was at 7:17 we waited and waited staff member came out with a tray of food but alas our McFlurry was not on it we got bored of waiting so we went back around the drive-thru this was at 7.32 we said we've been waiting for 15-minutes for a McFlurry the girl at the window said we've been looking for you around the car park we were parked in order parking number one so that was rubbish they had forgotten us we were given McFlurry with flake we drove off realised the McFlurry had melted clearly it had been sitting around so background we went again by this time it's 745 we were Furious at the lack of respect for customers disgraceful they seem to forget without customers they would have no business this time we spoke to the manager Amelia she was Furious at the service we received she apologise sincerely in conclusion do not settle for rubbish service McDonald's prides themselves on the way they serve people allegedly...
