Scott's Bistro — Restaurant in Borough of Fylde

Visited last night, for a wine pairing 4 course menu at £49.95 pp. One of the party was the designated driver, and so had the same menu without the wines at £33 95. Course 1 was a sharing platter. Course 2 was starter and a choice of king prawn bisque or lamb kofta. Course 3 was lamb rump parmentier, hake provencąl or duck and sausage cassoulet. Course 4 was apricot tart, Eton mess or trio of cheese. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the 3 having the wine pairings, said all of the wines were delicious. Not rushed through our meal, and we savoured every mouth watering morsel! Delicious. We have visited here a number of times and never not enjoyed it. Would thoroughly recommend. Unfortunately, we were so busy enjoying the food and wine, I completely forgot to take...

Last minute booking and found them to be very accommodating. (even at the random very early hours of the morning messaging) Response time was super efficient.

The food.... Presentation and taste was A+++++ I think I ate with my eyes first. Portion size fantastic, and the taste left you wanting more (but only because it looked and tasted so good)

Service.. Exceptional, greeted and attended all customers with a lovely gental manor. And it sounded like some were returning customers. All customers had 110% Knew what you wanted and when, without having to catch their eye.

All I can say is; how have I waited so long to visit, I feel I have been missing out and will deffinately be returning.

Our party went to Scott’s on Sunday 29.10.23 the place is a little quirky and was nice the thing that let this place down was the server who was a young girl who was very abrupt and did not listen to what we wanted which resulted in one of the meals was not correct and the wine ordered was no correct. Whilst the food was very nice the experience was spoiled by the server. To continue this theme she wanted to go as it closes early she came to collect the plates while we were still eating. Overall nice food poor service when we visited and we will not be going back there are much better...
