McDonald's — Restaurant in Borough of Pendle

My first visit to Nelson's Macdonald's. I thought that by postponing by a few months, any teething problems that a new outlet can experience, will have been ironed out..... Not the case. After ordering 3 Happy Meals and a Big Mac Meal, I was asked to park up "anywhere on the car park". (Not sure why? This is a pretty basic order, surely?). 17 minutes later, our order was brought out to the car....only to discover our Big Mac was missing. So, off into the restaurant I go, expecting to find chaos, but no. All fairly quiet (so why such a long wait??). Popped my head in at the kitchen, enquiring about my missing Big Mac. Without a word, a young man placed a Big Mac in my hand and then turned away and continued with his work. I sarcastically thanked him for him apology.... Needless to say, our food was lukewarm and needed reheating at home (2 minutes drive away). All very disappointing. I would recommend Customer service training in this store for the young staff and also a more rapid delivery of food orders. 17 minutes is...

Really poor customer experience. Last Sunday we drove in the "drive through" at 10.55am order 2 sausage egg mac muffins meals and bacon roll. Order taken, money paid..Was told to wait in the car park. We waited, and waited, and you guess it, waited ..no one came out with our meals. We sat there for almost 15 mins in this alleged fast food chain store. My husband had to go in, then to be told, breakfast was not ready and now we were too late to re order. Was firstly felt i was not listemed to, was given a handful of big macs. Who wants to eat big macs at that time of morning. Not me...i was disgusted in this level of service. I have been a handful of times to this restaurant and found staff to be rude. The intercom system on the drive through is either broken or the staff are hard of hearing. Constantly repeating my orders. Really...

We went here after swimming with our 3 kids, the service was absolutely abysmal! People were complaining left right and centre, a large group of boys were smoking e cigarettes, swearing and being a general nuisance (I get kids being kids but where there's younger and vulnerable kids I do not agree) instead of being told, a member of staff kept giving them free items such as burgers and milkshakes... whilst everyone else was waiting their orders! (I know this as I heard one teen say 'we didn't order this' then the staff member winking and saying 'it's fine') we will never return after this experience. We also waited about 45mins for our food... we ordered nothing special...
