Had a delivery the pizza was told and and not cooked properly the door was still door in places the chips worth worst cold and and not been cooked properly and and when we rang up to to let them know no they just wanted to see photos there would not come and collect the pizza or the other food and would not reimbursed us with our money I would never order from here again because she use to be a regular and order from them 2/3 aweek but never again my friend who got the food for her son is reporting them as soon as Council open and also she has them on recording saying that at the pizza looks perfectly cooked and that there is nothing wrong with them and is cooked perfectly i would love to know how you can test it from a photo of WhatsApp and tell you that the chip are cooked fine and the pizza is cooked perfectly so we will see when we take it to the council and you can still see that some of the cheese what has not melted properly and some of the doe is still doe and...
Read moreMy wife and I have this sort of tradition where as Monday night is our pizza night, we order our usual pizza, large 18 inches of hot piping joy, we settle down and watch our favourite 80's throw back movie. The drivers are awesome and friendly and we have always treated them with respect. This has been the way for months now, our own slice of Monday heaven, so, I was a little let down when as we settled down for our pizza getting ready to watch Arnie take on the space hunter Predator, with his cheesy one liners and a handful of muscle bound bad asses when we opened our pizza box with what can only be described as car crash in a box, that cheesy was plastered on the lid and the pizza looked like it had hit the side of the inside of the box at 30mph. Some of their pizzas (particularly the 'Spanish Farmhouse')are the nicest I've had from any takeaway, so I don't mind paying a little extra to treat myself at Pronto's from time to time. However, some items are a little overpriced, such as £3 for mozzarella sticks or curly fries, and the fries seems a little underfilled in the box. Phone manner and delivery times are usually strong, as well.
