Tiger Thai — Restaurant in Borough of Pendle

I can't stress enough just how good the food is here!! (Also super gluten intolerance and vegetarian friendly)

Been meaning to try food from Tiger Thai for a while, and now that their opening times have become longer finally went tonight and wish I'd found a way to go sooner!

Had to get a takeaway instead of eating in due to other plans, but definitely eating in next time just so that I can start eating the food as soon as it's out the kitchen - I've had Thai food loads (both in the UK and in South East Asia) and I can honestly say that I am well impressed with the quality, authenticity, freshness and pure concentrated yumminess of the food here!

I had Vegetable spring rolls (using rice paper was such a bonus for gluten intolerant me), a Tofu Panang curry, coconut rice and prawn crackers - the spring rolls were light, comforting yet also very refreshing; the curry has such creamy wonderful depth to it with a perfect harmony of spice and light kick, the coconut rice was really rich (in a really nice way) of the coconut milk used to cook the rice in (not just plain rice mixed with dried coconut like other places)... Wish I'd ordered several portions for the week!

Such a lovely place! I went in to find some ingredients for a recipe and the lady who runs it couldn't be more helpful and passionate about cooking! She gave me a couple of things to try to see if I like them and taught me a vegetable pickle recipe which I can't wait to try 😊 The chicken spring rolls are amazing and the sweet chilli sauce that comes with them is super tasty and the perfect amount!
