Zee Desserts — Restaurant in Borough of Rossendale

Very disappointed! I am thought I would give them a go rather than going to order desert places as I heard it was worth a try. Ordered a few waffles and apart from them coming cold and soggy the presentation and toppings were very disappointing. It was similar to a new dessert place that just opened who just randomly placed items on and covered in sauce. Break up toppings too large and don't place them where you break the waffle away it. Ice cream is already prefrozen in plastic cups, taste like they have been sat in as freezer for a few days. It's not ice cream that has been scooped, put in a cold area before customer dispatch. On sundea orders they be come in an open cup. Would have been nice if this was covered.

They should on all take away orders make the waffle extra crispy as they last that little bit longer in transport.

If the waffle was not in terrible condition, improved presentation and ice cream not pre frozen this would drastically improve the rating.

May try again in a few months when desserts do not...

Good dessert place and I'm picky when it comes to food esp sweet things. Have to say this hit the spot, and the cookie dough was really nice. Clean, accepts card payments and the staff are friendly, (what more do you want these days) the customer service was great and the guys at the counter deserve a raise, really do know there stuff. Friendly place for families and kids. Cheers...

1hr 50min still waiting for our deserts, not sure if its going to come today. poor kids have fallen sleep. Tried calling no answer from landline nor the main mobile number, this is not how a customer should be treated 😒 very poor customer service can deffo say I WILL NOT BE ORDERING from here again. You need to communicate with your customers as they are paying for the food...
