96 Degrees Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Borough of Spelthorne

What can i say? 5 of us arrived at 12.30ish yesterday (Monday 26th). Ordered before 1pm and were told it was a 25 min wait. They didn't have pizza or soup, so we all ordered paninis with rocket and tortilla chips and coleslaw. We didn't get our paninis until after 2.30 after several chasers to the staff, everyone else around us was also complaining. When the vegetarian panini arrived (tomato, mozzarella and pesto), they served it and said 'by the way we ran out of pesto' so was just tomato and cheese. The fillings were almost non existent, you'd get way more filling for half the price elsewhere. One of our group had to be home by 3pm and ended up needing his as a takeaway as he had to leave at 2.40, they didn't even put salad in the box with it. Overall, absolutely awful experience, awful service, maybe a bad day for them based on other good reviews but I certainly won't ever be going there again. Great little independent coffee shop. Decaf latte was very nice as was the granola bar. Was a bit disappointed as their google business entry showed some lovely hot breakfast options, but they don’t do this anymore and google won’t let them take the pictures down ?! Had a sausage bap instead, which was okay. Not easy to find as set back from the road. It’s set in a park as part of a tennis club it seems. The building is very light and airy and there are tables and chairs to sit...

Lovely cafe in Fordbridge Park. Great addition. Good selection of coffee and cakes/muffins etc. Friendly staff and very accommodating...held a meeting there and they organised chairs and tables for us. Will be using for all our meetings now. Can eat/ drink outside. Lots of space with tables and chairs. Can even watch any tennis players. Good size car park for all who...
