Food was actually really nice. Service was terribly however, the lady serving was obviously neglecting us and another table on all you can eat menu, while the table that chose a la carte menu was served quickly and constantly. It was quiet and at the start of service only 3-4 tables there and the woman was very rude to the man working there, talking down at him and shouting at him at times. The atmosphere was terrible as it was deathly quiet as there was no music and when asked if some could be put on “it’s broke and I don’t know how to fix it”. It’s a real shame as pricing it’s not terrible and the food genuinely was really nice - but the lady seemingly running it ruined the experience and blatantly wanted to serve all you can eat as little as possible. We where there for about an hour and a half and where served 3 lots of dishes, and they limit you to two items per order (can’t just order a mixed au derves/appetisers like at most all...

Do NOT go here! The system and service for "all you can eat" was absolutely awful. You are told off if you order something and screamed that "it is too much and you must eat what you order!!" The staff are so worried that you will leave food that you are strictly ordered to not order food and maybe you will be allowed to order one prawn at a time! And I mean one single prawn at a time, not a portion, a single prawn! It's ridiculous and at £28 per head it's a complete waste of money! Do yourself a favour and do not even bother! I do not want to feel scared to order food at an all you can eat! Over priced, extremely rude staff and an overall huge disappointment! And I came out absolutely starving so needed to go somewhere else to...

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID despite some positive reviews. Takeaway food delivered promptly and was suitably hot. I received 6 chicken satay on skewers, I selected three to eat. Two were fine, but the third was raw in the middle and I was unable to eat it. I also ordered Kung Po chicken which was very disappointing as the meat was chewy and stringy and didn't taste right. I do order Chinese food and thought I would try this restaurant, but I would not recommend it. I spoke with the manager on the phone expressing my concerns and disappointment. I was offered a replacement dish on the house, but my request for a partial refund was refused. Sorry to say that I will not use this takeaway...
