Obviously this is a franchised company. If this was my Brand and I was allowing others to share in the value and quality of my product. I would ensure that all branches followed process and quality procedures. This venue clearly does not. A decadence product, invokes a sense of quality and the justification of the additional cost of £3.50. It becomes very apparent the disparity between some of these franchised businesses due to varying degrees of quality. A product containing the prestigeous title of "decadence" for the added price of £3.50 should be able to justify that cost. It becomes clear, very quickly, that some of the franchisee are using the word "decadence" to cut back in order to drive up additional profit. The photographs are a second attempt by the establishment to adhere to my requests, this was due to the fact I ordered online and was subsequently told I could not be provided with a refund. My only compensation was to accept another poorly created dominoes pizza! Guess what? I want a full refund, for being messed about and compensated for instructing poorly trained staff on how to make a very basic "Pizza". I charge £50 an hour. so thats 1 for the pizza, and 1 for writing this review. Dominoes. You owe me £100. Read moreI was driving through cleveleys on the way home and decided to order a dominos for collection. The collection time said 15 minutes. Arrived at the shop with 5 minutes to go so went to the shop over the road then sat in the car waiting for the notification to say it was ready for collection. The app continued to say it was still in the preparation stage. 30 minutes after making the order, the shop called me to say that they did not have the gluten free bases to make my pizza's. I was told I would have to wait a further 45 minutes for them to get the bases from another store and make the pizzas. So this would be a total wait time of 75 minutes! I explained that I was waiting outside the shop and had already waited 30 minutes, they should have let me know sooner! I cancelled my order. 5 days later I had still not received my refund, so I contacted Dominos customer services. Read moreFirstly I called in an ordered my pizza and guy taking order was polite but had to ask other staff about everything. Clearly the guy running the place’s fault. Next when I arrived to collect they took my card but gave no proof of purchase before speaking in riddles for ages and still not bringing me my order. He said it was a timed order, for when. I asked to collect at 7.55pm. He said ten mins later it will be ready at 9pm. I said I ordered for before 8, I went to Tesco after being told it would be ready soon. I had to ask if I should could come back. I returned and pizza was not my order, it was wrong, it was finally ready at 9 o clock at night, not even an apology or a smile. Pizza ordered correct, garlic bread abit overdone. Could of had more spinach on it too but pizza was delicious, however I would of preferred it before bed time for when I ordered it and nice service would of gone a long way.
