Certainly will not be ordering from here again. First of all they got the order wrong and when I spoke to some guy to tell him this he said he would replace the chips and sauce. I said I would like the order replacing altogether due to allergens. The delivery driver took the food away and the order was replaced within 5 minutes. Basically we received 4 little bits of steak with the correct sauce over even though the wrong order had more steak in it and they replaced my chips but they were replaced on the same paper as what the previous chips were on which still contained some of the paprika which I have an allergy to and my chicken Gyros was cold. Very disappointed with the food and service. When I placed the order the girl who took it did not sound very competent and had to ask if they did salt and vinegar on their chips.😲 I repeated the order to her and she said yea got it!!!! This is the second time I've tried something from here the first time wasn't great either, my burger was dry and the edges all burnt but I thought I would give it another go. Seen as it was Xmas eve when I first ordered , the staff could barely here me order in the shop as they had the music on the TV so loud, and they were complaining the Boss was sunning himself on the beach in Tenerife somewhere whilst they were working their backsides off. I think the staff need to enhance their customer service skills and also need a lesson in how not to bad mouth their boss...

I've just ordered from him, I live in Cleveleys so waste sure if they would, or it would turn up late... Well, it was amazing! This is the first takeaway I know that does chicken salt chip and my goodness they are amazing. I had the homemade buttermilk chicken burger and I've got to say the best I've tried in a long time! I want to sure on sauces, they all sound great so I opted for no sauce, but the comment I said anything garlic would be welcomed and they sent me a pot of garlic sauce! I also added beer batter onions rings.. Yes I know, Im a pig.. But I nailed the lot as it was delicious.. 10/10 from me! That will be my go to if I'm craving a chicken burger as it almost felt healthy and I don't have a heavy tummy... Brilliant service.. Thank you to all involved! Xxx customer...

First time ordering and certainly will be the last. Cold tasteless and £27 for 2 burgers chips and milkshake manager was rude when the driver forgot milkshake took £40 from my husband and took 45 minutes to come back and hand it to us hubby phoned and asked if the driver was coming back with the milkshake and. Change as we didn't have change only had £40 to be told he ain't going to come back just for milkshake and Change and hung up what great customer service these guys are. Good job we got it back but I won't order this again I can get a few days meals for the...
