When you order a drink, the staff here do not give you the correct drink that youâve paid for. They are deliberately changing the ingredients or not including some ingredients at all. Hoping that you wonât notice but they never told us the ingredients werenât available . The staff at the Swineshead Road store try this scam everytime weâve ordered certain drinks. Not getting what youâve paid for would be totally unacceptable anywhere else, it really is false and deceptive business practices. I never experience this scam elsewhere. Imagine buying a car and the car dealership gives you a different car to what youâve paid for. The staff at this Starbucks store get very angry and start shouting insults at us whenever we mentioned it to them, itâs like the staff think itâs the Customers fault that the staff are not making the drinks how they should be made. If the storeâs staff really have a problem with Customer complaints, then this could easily be solved if the staff make drinks correctly per the menu, then theyâd be nothing to complain about. Why should it be so difficult to get the correct drink thatâs on the menu? If I wanted different ingredients, then I would have ordered it.    Read moreUsually go to Costa everyday but today me and my sister decided to go to Starbucks instead of walking the extra 45mins to Costa. The baby bottle was almost empty and it was pouring with rain and freezing cold so I asked if they could fill ny sons bottle (aged 13 months) they said they would have to charge I said of course that's no problem. She tries to charge me 7.60! I said how does that work a babychino is 80p so why is this 7.60 ? She said because ots 7oz of milk I said okay can I have 3 babychinos she said yes that will be £8 I said why since I've always paid 80p! She said they've never been 80p. I said never-ending ill leave it She rolled her eyes at me. My sister said that's disgusting and we both left went to b&m bought 4pints filled he's bottle and walked the 45mins ti Costa where I told them what had just happened they were also appalled they took he's milk and heated it up because its so cold outside and gave him some cream and some biscuits fir free. AVOID this Starbucks branch. They are not child friendly and will extort every penny they're also rude. £8 to give a baby some milk! I've had luxury hotchocolates fir less money I've just left Costa and I'm so glad I came here instead as they are child friendly and slightly cheaper...

Created and completed my drink and the card machine decided to break (not my fault). Asked me for cash but unfortunately like most, I donât carry it anymore. As I had my baby with me, I had to stay in shop for 30 mins and feed him, and kindly get my partner a drink afterwards. That was where it all went wrongâŚ.I decided to use the drive through so I didnât leave my sleeping baby. 20 minutes with a van in front of me it was found the card machine was broken. So I asked what was going on, no point was i informed and just sat there in a queue and waiting for the drink.
To make it worse she stated after making my drink and asked do you have cash âWell you canât have it thenâ in a rude manner and removes the drink in front of me. I donât keep cash on me, most people donât anymore.
Surely it would have been better to just give it me on the house or ask for me to pay the next time I come in?? (should have done this as iâm a honest person).
Will never ever go to a StarBucks again and will go to Costa insteadâŚHopefully better customer...
