Zero stars. Burnt burgers, dirty fingerprints on one of the burger baps. No salad on burgers and a £1 for a box of side salad which consisted of tiny box of ill smelling iceberg lettuce barely sufficient to cover the surface of a small coaster. They charged us £4.99 for a dry waffle with a few squirts of chocolate sauce, 6 very thin slices of something vaguely resembling strawberries and an equally generous amount of soggy banana slices there was no cream, no icecream and this pitiful 'topping' sat languidly above a stodgy too salty waffle. Short of the time my mouth was cut by a piece of broken glass in a chocolate bar the food this place serves is the worst culinary experience of my life. To add insult to injury they quote that they charge £1 delivery on JustEat before you order and then charged £2 after we ordered. Never ever ever again!!!! This company's performance is proof that some businesses deserve to go under.

They described one dish as chicken steak with chips and when it arrived it was a box tiny pieces of tepid sauce coated white meat of a not entirely certain origin. We were literally too scared to eat this so...

I am APPALLED at the service from here! We placed an order on Friday night for two shakes & two cakes. (For us and the kids as a treat). One of the cakes (for our son) arrived as a cheesecake. We called to explain we had the WRONG DESSERT to be told they ran out of what we wanted so put that in instead. At this point we weren't happy that they didnt call us to find out and alternative or even inform us upon delivery but gave them the benefit of doubt and asked for a replacement as our son doesn't like cheesecake. We were then told we would have to wait another 45 minutes for delivery, again not happy as the issue was their fault and not ours but our son waited up an hour and a half and they NEVER ARRIVED . I was so mad at this point with a very tired little boy I wasn't willing to give them another chance. That was money wasted and a really upset little boy. DISGUSTING SERVICE AND WILL...

We have used cravings for about a year, we stopped using them for a few months because it seemed to of slackened off a little bit. Last night we got one and it looks like they must have joined up with another business or set on new staff. The chillie cheese bites wasnt crispy, they was quite soft, not like they was supposed to be. Not much cheese in the burgers, the dips have changed aswell. Before we got chillie sauce mint sauce ect in the bag and we got nothing last night with the onion rings and chillie cheese bites, normally we get sauces to dip them in to. Didnt hardly get any ice cream and it was half melted in the pots. The oreo cookie bash cake was absolutely tiny aswell, it's really shrunk in size, 2 mouth fulls and it's gone lol.
