Greggs — Restaurant in Bradford

Worst place ever if a white male is working! A man served me and didn’t even say hello or acknowledged that I was there. Just said anything else and I asked for a hot chocolate, just rolled his eyes and said there’s none left( don’t know if this was true as I seen other people with hot drinks). I Said that’s fine and payed . Walked off when I wasn’t even done talking. Seemed like he was in a hurry to go in the back even though when another worker came to shop he could engage in a conversation with him. didn’t even say bye. So called him again and asked can I have sauces with my chips. Rolled his eyes and huffed and said which ones. Asked for sweet chilli said he had none and then asked for mayonnaise. Still he didn’t say bye. Really rude white male with a beard. as I have been before and staff have been lovely and sweet. So I was really shocked if he acted like this with everyone. Really unprofessional and started talking about his Christmas bonus and pay infront of customers which I don’t even think he deserves and has no manners. Don’t know what he thought of himself, was claiming to his other workers he’s a senior team member. Clearly a senior team member would know how to treat customers correctly. Horrendous service if I see that man again working, I wouldn’t go there. Clearly thought he was some big man saying to his coworkers he does more work. Has no manners or etiquettes of speaking to customers. Acted as if he was forced to work the way he was acting, I’m sure he gets payed for his work so maybe he should...

Not sure how your hiring process is but it is an absolute joke the type of people working here especially the guy with a moustaches and beard. Like you can literally see us in the queue. And you go to the back. I thought fair enough he’s probably the only guy working here. Waited for 5 minutes. Until the lady behind me shouted for someone to come out. Otherwise I don’t know how long it would’ve took. Then 3 other guys came out??? WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. HE even saw me and this other customer waiting before he went to the back... My food was getting cold while in the queue and I just ate it while stood there. Absolute horrible people. Even with the amount of bad reviews I don’t understand how this isn’t getting investigated. No improvement whatsoever with the workers. Horrible service. GREGGS sort your workers out!! They’re just hiding in the back not doing anything. It wasn’t busy either. SO WHY THE WAIT. Why look at us waiting then don’t serve us when it’s been 5 minutes standing there and hiding in the back. It’s only this gregg which is the worst in the UK!! I’ve been to so many Gregg stores all over. None are remotely as bad as this. WHY hire people who don’t...

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Marc at Greggs Tesco ( Great Horton) me and my friend called In for a coffee and catch up , Marc was so lovely, kind and welcoming to not just us but to other customers too , He went out of his way for us, just wish more staff in cafes / takeaways etc would be as helpful.. thank you Marc , we will definitely be back to enjoy the delicious hot Sausage rolls .. regards...
