Greggs — Restaurant in Bradford

💥 Realy Bad Unprofessiinal Customer servive from the counter staff! They are not polite at all. Some of them think they own the branch since they have been there working long time. As a delivery driver i wont take abuse from anyone.

1.) All i politely requested was the hot drinks to be put into a paper bag to secure them so they do not tippple over in the delivery bag while driving. The lady got soo aggressive infront of other customers and started shouting that its not her job and the paper bag costs and she doesnt have time. Only an hour before i was served by another staff who did put hot drinks in a bag!

Worst was manager knew what was happening yet stayed quite. It can all be seen on cctv.

💥 We Delivery drivers do not deserve abuse...

Nice bacon sandwich, well oven baked and delivered in precious paper bag with, would you believe it?

A napkin yes, I had a cold at the time and was careful so as not to get bacon grease on my fingers, thus freeing up the napkin for use as a snot rag.

Came in really handy.

Oh the bap, forgot to mention the bap, lovely little bloomer, always need a dust down in the pant area afterwards though, go figure.

Like going into a McDonald's, you know what you are getting with a Gregg's, and it's exactly as expected. They are open nice and early in the morning, and it's good to grab a bacon and sausage butty before work after you've fought your way over the M62.
