The lady in Greggs stole my sandwich!!
I arrived today with an o2 priority voucher for a free sandwich. I paid for two drinks and scanned the voucher. The lady didnāt make my sandwich so I asked for it. She told me it āhadnāt gone throughā but couldnāt produce a receipt and then told me to scan it again and said it had expired! I told her that would be because I had already scanned it and that it couldnāt be expired as Iād only activated it whilst standing in front of her Her parting words were āsorry thereās nothing I can doā
Wonāt be going there again!
Itās only a sandwich but thatās the only reason Iād gone in the first place!

But there were only 3 pasties. 2 people got theirs, however a woman ordered 2 but was only given 1, so she kindly gave it to me saying she will wait for the next batch (btw is a HUGE inconvenience for her as it takes 15mins, but what can she do now if 1 is ready and the other'll take 15mins, that one ready would get cold) i kid you not the lady worker tried to take it back off me even though i already paid for 1. My 02 voucher for a free sausage roll was valid but refused for no apparent reason. No explanation or apology offered. The staff member just barked the price of the sausage roll at me.
I declined to pay and left without what I went in for originally.
The customer service here is terrible, it feels cold and disinterested.
Please upskill your staff at this location Greggs because your customers are having bad experiences left,...
