Rajas — Restaurant in Bradford

Ordered from here. It arrived 20 minutes late, driver spent 5 minutes on the phone asking where we live, why didn't he have a satnav. When we looked at it most of it was the wrong order.

We called to say it was wrong and they spend ages quizzing us on what was what in the order and then finally said they'd send a new one.

When it arrived (another half an hour later) we realized one pizza was actually our order (the pepperoni was under the cheese so we couldn't even see it), however the rest of the order was completely wrong with items missing, but the driver starts picking a fight over what we said on the phone. He was arguing with us for literally no reason after the food was already an hour late and it was incredibly rude.

The food wasn't even bad just an awful experience would never order...

First disappointment they do not take card payments, had to go next door to the post office, finally get to order, pay him, was surprised at the price, total was £11 for one 1/2lb cheeseburger and a solo chicken fillet burger, seemed a bit steep to me compared to other Rajas branches and the fact it's cash only.

Had to wait a while, was very odd when he told me the total again and I had to say I've already paid, not sure if he's got memory loss or what. On to the food, fries were average at best, cheeseburger tasted burnt and overcooked, chicken fillet was the best bit and tasted decent, overall an expensive price for less than average food. Would not use this place in the future. I understand why it's rated soo low now.

Lesson...

I placed an order through uber eats. They missed items in my order. When I rang them they didn’t bother about anything and told me to ring the driver. When spoke to driver he said he has delivered the whole bag as it was handed over to him by shop. Rang the shop again they didn’t pickup. Ruined my order and didn’t enjoy eating cause of trouble they caused. Plus their pizza was cold and tasteless. Wouldn’t not recommend to anyone all Rajas have big name but they have zero customer service. People should value their money and avoid...
