⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just a Bite – What an absolute hidden gem!

Soon as we walked in, we were greeted immediately by the loveliest man and woman with big, genuine smiles that made us feel so welcome straight away. The atmosphere was so warm and homely — you can instantly tell why this place is so busy! There’s such a friendly buzz about it, everyone chatting, laughing, and clearly enjoying their food.

Now let’s talk about the prices… WOW WOW WOW WOW! Honestly, it felt like stepping back into the 90s — proper old-school prices that you just don’t see anymore. Has to be one of (if not the) cheapest butty shops in West Yorkshire! You can tell they care more about keeping their customers happy than charging silly prices, and that’s so refreshing these days.

And the food — absolutely spot on. I had the bacon and sausage sandwich and it was gorgeous! Perfectly cooked, loads of flavour, and served piping hot. My partner went for the black pudding, bacon, and hash brown combo, and couldn’t stop raving about it. Everything tasted fresh and cooked with care — not greasy, not rushed, just proper hearty breakfast food done right.

We left full, happy, and already planning when to go back. Between the amazing service, unbeatable prices, and delicious food, Just a Bite is easily one of the best breakfast spots around. You can tell they put love and pride into everything they do — a proper local gem that deserves all the praise it gets.

I asked for an egg salad with cheese sandwich. I went home with it to find it is half a bap with 3 slices of egg and clumps of cheese like it was going out of date. I rung them to question where the rest of my sandwich and egg was, the man was so rude and said that is what you get for a meal deal. Watch out guys a meal deal is in fact less than half a sandwich!!! Also he refused to apologise for not making it clear at the start of my order that a meal deal will get me half a sandwich only. I would have paid extra for the full sandwich...

Really really nice sandwich shop. Was working in the area and glad we found this place for breakfast and dinner. The steak Canadian in very good, as was the hot roast beef and gravy I had. Other lads said how much they enjoyed all the sandwiches that they had too. Customer service was brilliant friendly staff...
