I ordered the Phat stack with a 7up, and a Crazy Krays milkshake for dessert. The service was pretty good. The fries that came with the Phat stack were perfect, they were cooked so they were crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, they had their skins on, were talking actual real potatoes here. The chips were enhanced by a spice that was mouth watering but not exceptionally hot. The triple stacked burger was pretty good, better than McDonald's. The food did take about 10 minutes, but that means they cooked it to order. The interior decor was clean and tidy, and the lighting looked exceptional, I wish I'd visited in the evening to see it in full effect. Parking is restricted to Thornton Road directly outside the venue, but there is ample parking 2 minutes walk up the road at Morrisons. The venu had a night club feel, good selection of music, not played to loud. I probably visited PhatBoyz to early in the afternoon to fully appreciate at it's best. It would be a great place to visit later in the evening. The council have given a 5* hygiene rating and the unisex toilet looked clean. The service staff confirmed that the menu is Halal and they do have a vegetarian option. It would have been nice if the can of 7up was chilled, especially on the scorching hot day I visited. I'd prefer PhatBoyz to McDonald's or BurgerKing. Better value for money by a long way.

Me and my friend decided to try out phatboyz believing with all the hype it would be worth our while to try there food. We went there qued up to place an order. Then when got to the front the staff member sounded like she can barely keep her eyes open and misread what I was saying to place an order. Placed the order and was not given a receipt. There was no order on who placed what order. We were asked after 20-25 mins of waiting what we even placed to eat. And then we were had to collect the food ourselves. So part of the deal is you get phatboyz sauces however we did not even get that we got local brand sauce with the meal. So we ordered original burger and house fries, beef tacos and loaded fries. The burger had no taste it was bland - frozen burgers have more flavour. Then the taco were the same it was just a slight difference it’s not taco rather than a burger bun. Then the loaded fries what we were hopeful for and the donner tasted off and be both agreed to not have any more. The only thing that tasted okay was the bits of chicken on the loaded fries. All together I would not go and waste your money and time. They really need to work on their food as it has gone downhill and very poor standard. I will not got there again as I have really bad stomach after the meal.

Absolutely dreadful food and to top it off, the guy serving was a joke! Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Toastie and it was awful!! The meat was so slimy and had zero depth to it, they try to mask how bland the meat is with sauce. The meat was really bad, I need to reiterate, as that’s what you end up paying £14 for. You half expect some good quality seasoning or better yet; cooking? The bread does not marry up with the meat either. Thick bread which ends up very claggy and ruins the already bad taste in your mouth. The only positive was probably the fries, but anyone knows how to dash a bit of rosemary on to fries, don’t they? Moving on to the service, which is actually terrible. The first person to serve us, she was absolutely lovely. It was the guy in the glasses and cap wearing a red t-shirt and I think his cap was red too. Ordered two meals and when we asked for a sauce he launched one packet of paltry mayo at us. Literally threw it! Luckily, I know how to behave in a public setting, just unfortunate that imbecile doesn’t. When we asked for some other sauces, he goes you don’t get sauces and then proceeds to say “here have a chilli sauce though” and flings it across. At that point I was ready to leave. Genuinely awful.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at PhatBoys, a cozy burger joint nestled in the heart of town, and let me tell you, it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and inviting aromas that set the tone for what turned out to be a delightful meal.

One of the highlights of my visit was encountering Zain, a server whose kindness and politeness left a lasting impression on me. Zain's demeanor was a breath of fresh air in a world where genuine hospitality can sometimes be hard to come by. He exuded warmth and sincerity in his interactions, taking the time to ensure that every patron felt welcomed and valued. His attentive service not only enhanced my dining experience but also brightened my day.

As for the food, let me tell you about the Chicken Burger Meal that I ordered. It was nothing short of spectacular. The burger was stacked high with juicy, flavorful chicken, topped with crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and just the right amount of tangy sauce. Each bite was a symphony of flavors that left me craving more.

But beyond the delicious food, what truly stood out to me was the reminder that a little kindness can go a long way. Zain's genuine warmth and courteous demeanor made me feel like more than just a customer – I felt like a welcomed guest in their establishment. In a world that can sometimes feel cold and indifferent, encountering someone like Zain was a refreshing reminder of the power of simple acts of kindness.

In conclusion, my experience at PhatBoys was nothing short of exceptional. From the delectable food to the outstanding service provided by Zain, every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. If you're in the mood for a delicious meal served with a side of genuine hospitality, look no further than PhatBoys. Trust me, you won't be...

Came here not too long ago, ordered over the phone at about 9:30pm was told 20 minute wait which was surprisingly decent. Looked at the Instagram menu and ordered but they didn't have what we wanted so we were asked to choose other things else, which we did . Bought according to recommendations. The burgers were so bland, the chips tasted like they had been sitting around for ages and had gone stale. The mac n cheese was actually horrible, it was different shapes of pasta with plastic American cheese mixed in, it smelt so bad. The food overall was just cold and tasteless even though once I went to collect I had to wait for the food to be ready so this didn't make sense.

We ordered 2 French vanilla frappes, went to collect and the girl behind the counter asked me what vanilla frappe were ??? Had to tell her they were on the Menu but she had no idea and took them off the receipt ?? If you don't have them and don't know what they are why are they on the system?? They didn't have the sauces we asked for either. The receipts didn't have prices on so I had to check against their menu what i had been charged for since she was taking half our order off the receipt be they had nothing in stock?? There's no hype here, however I do want to give them a second chance but I am just so put off by it. I'm disappointed and...
