Ka-Fei House — Restaurant in Bradford

I just found out this place existed while searching for coffee shops in Queensbury area (I've driven past the road so may times and not noticed it😂) Thank goodness for Google Search😂

The staff were so pleasant, especially the lady owner! she was so sweet, she was accommodating to food changes i wanted to make. I don't eat meat SO she assured me the meat is cooked separately,

The food was lovely 😋 BUT for me the atmosphere & customer service is much more important & that was spot on 👌

I am so Glad Queensbury has a decent coffe shop, it's the 1st time I've been in and it definitely won't be the last. I've recommended it to my Friends and Family.

Good job it’s not a crime for eating a succulent Chinese meal otherwise I’d be in real trouble!

The food was delicious and the coffee art was so realistic I thought it was about to fly out of the cup!

Service was outstanding and the team were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was lovely and the grounds around the building were very well presented (lovely garden area). I give this give this establishment a solid 10/10.

Upon arriving at the cafe, I was met with horrible service. I was not greeted well and had seen how the management treat their staff, which is awful. I had spoken to one of the workers who was in training, and her experience was terrible. Not only was she doing this labour FOR FREE, I had heard management speaking ill of her for simply asking if she would be paid for her training. I simply cannot support a business that does not adhear to basic payment laws, as this experience clearly shows that this business is not afraid to use and abuse their workers.
