Mamas Pizzeria — Restaurant in Bradford

The BD5 area of Bradford doesnt have much variety when it comes to food places unlike BD7 and BD3.

Therefore, when this shop opened I thought finally some decent pizzas in BD5. As I had eaten from the other branches and their pizzas are good.

I can't complain about the food because all branches are fairly consistent including this one.

However, the customer service is shocking, it's like an amateur set up behind the till. Because of this I cannot give more than 3 stars. If this improves then they are 5 stars all day long.

Will I eat here again. Most likely yes because the pizzas are good.

Previously rated 3 stars due to poor customer service. However I must say that there has been significant improvements in this area. Again the food is consistent and good. Cannot fault them in this area still. But they are now a 5 star service.

hey guys Mamas is actually sucking people pockets I would not hesitate to call them scammers they way they are charging for foods most expensive most rude staff . We have done a worst experience by ordering Minch box. Litterlay guys you would not believe we paid 17.95. We got only 1 kebab and 1 steak shish and 3 pieces of Naan rest of box was full with fries only guys when you pay 18£ you expect quantity like at least 1 person would eat sufficiently but here scene was different only fries fries and fries . When you order next time please think million times because you are gonnna loose your money. main thing is you order food to fill your stomic but that’s how they play with charging maximam cost with least quantity. We have ordered from here on multiple occasions and we usually order either their munch boxes or their kebabs. I must say that these have to be some of the best kebabs we have had locally! The munch boxes are also great too if you’re really hungry. We have never had an issue with any of our previous orders and we never hesitate to order from them. We had a tiny issue with tonight’s order but with one phone call, it was very speedily resolved and the gentleman on the phone was extremely apologetic. He even apologised again when he came back to our house. Mistakes happen, it’s easily done, it’s how you resolve them that counts and I really cannot fault them.
