If I’m being honest this is probably the worst service I’ve ever had in my life, I never leave reviews but this time I have too. I’ve ordered 4 items by calling deli fresh and on the phone I was told it would be 21.50 which understandable. We waited 40 mins for the food which I’m not complaining about. We only received 3 items and were charged 24 pounds at the door. We called and made the takeaway aware we were missing a meal then they proceeded to tell us we haven’t paid for it

That attempted to make us pay twice and after 15 mins of back and forth arguing they realised their mistake(didn’t apologise) and said they’d re send it and it would take 10 mins after 20 mins and still no sign of the missing meal we rang yet again just to be told it would be another 5-10 mins. I went there with my wife today because she insisted on ordering food from there, eventhough I find their food very mediocre, small portions, and not worth the price.

We ordered beef steak over the phone and we collected the food. We got to the car and realised they gave chicken steak. I went back in, but they insisted I made the mistake and ordered chicken. The staff argued with me and tried to blame me. Then another member of staff found my actual beef steak order with my name on it sat somewhere else. I am not happy that they tried to blame me for their incompetence and argued with me when they were in the wrong.

And after all that, the food was rubbish! Never going there again. Better off going to Barnies a couple...
