Mo's Munch Cafe — Restaurant in Bradford

Just paid £6.90 for this shambles of a bacon and cheese on toast and a cappuccino …as you can see only 3/4 of the bread is toasted and only slightly toasted at that…. A little bit of cheese which was only slightly melted by the heat of the bacon and as you can see also only a bit of butter in middle of bread dry everywhere else ….. also didn’t even bother to cut in half… coffee was nice though.

Adding to this review in response to owners response…. I gave you my reasons for why i think it was a shambles???? you seem to be fixated on the fact i stated the price of this item when i give a review???? I did not say anything on the pricing on the items whether it was expensive or not i just stated the price of the items???? If you want me to comment on if it was expensive or not then i would say it was slightly on the more expensive side but that would be about it…. As for cutting it in half and melting the cheese i would say this is standard, if you don’t agree maybe you could ask the customer if he would like it cut in half or not and if he would like the cheese to be melted??? Better customer service maybe??? I see that in your response you completely ignored my comments on how it was toasted (or lack of toasting) and also the state of how it was buttered do you think that was up to standard????? i suppose it doesn’t matter when all you care about is defending your pricing???? My pictures are true and of what i was served and if you think that looks good then that is your opinion????? DO BETTER

Response to owners second response….. To start by saying you are a busy cafe and can’t ask every customer if you want the sandwich cutting and cheese melted is just dreadful service and considering that i was the only person in the place is just a terrible excuse…. Poor customer service maybe????…. I travel all around the country with my work and eat at cafes daily so that is where i get my standard from….. i did not even say anything about the bacon so why are you saying anything about that??? Again like mentioning pricing trying to deflect from the other problems mentioned????? I will ask again why was my toast not toasted properly why was it not buttered properly????? Again you go on about your prices saying about sandwich and coffee for a pound when i never raised the price as an issue??? Everyone suffers from cost of living not just you (not that it is relevant in this conversation)…….Maybe you have been around for 18 years but it is not without complaint i guarantee and as i can see by previous reviews over the years …. Maybe take on board some criticism and improve….. SPEND MORE TIME CUTTING SANDWICHES AND MELTING CHEESE THAN ANGRILY MESSAGING...

Was feeling a little worse for wear after a night out and decided on an English breakfast, I got recommended this place by 2 friends off Facebook, I'd never see or heard of it before, even though I drive past lol Anyway the food was perfect, good quality ingredients, cooked just right and the coffee was freshly ground and made the real barista way 👌 the only issue I had was I didnt want black pudding, but she must have forgot. They have a good drinks range, prices are okay, parking is nearby and staff seemed polite too. The food menu is quite large, they do burritos and burgers too, so will try these guys out on our "Fat Fridays" in future 😁 Definitely recommend and will eat in at some point, when restrictions have...

Be careful and check your bill and we have ordered rhe same Sandwiches for mouths now and we started to see the price was changing all the time so today I have said somthing as we got charged the same today as they we did the other day but we had xtras stuff on that order so when I have said eh that's not right why as it come up to that he said he was just the driver fair enough so we rang them .. and what a joke he was not got anywhere so unprofessional he was to be honest he just put the phone down so when you are ordering just keep in mind you could be getting charged extra or paying for stuff you never ordered and...
