Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Bradford

I’m really angry and extremely disappointed with the service I received at Morrisons Cafe this morning!!!

We thought we were going to have a simple breakfast to start our morning, but it turned out to be more than that—much worse, in fact!!!

We ordered the food the moment we arrived, but the person who served us breakfast was rude, bad-tempered, and obviously did not know how to listen!!!

She seemed to think she was serving children instead of three adults, which only added to the frustration!!!

When we placed the order we simply specifically asked for no egg on my breakfast due to an allergy, and what does she do she puts egg on my breakfast anyway!!!

Not only is that incredibly careless, but also dangerous!!!

They didn’t even get a simple order right, which just made things worse!!!

From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome!!!

The staff’s customer service overall was poor and rude, which just made things worse!!!

Our food was delayed, and when it did arrive, it was poorly prepared and not what we expected!!!

The entire experience left us feeling let down!!!

What was supposed to be a simple breakfast turned into a nightmare and one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at a cafe!!!

This experience ruined our morning, and I’ve never been so disappointed!!!

I would suggest that management review their staff training and customer service standards!!!

Went for breakfast at the cafe today- didn’t use the self service point as there was no option to order what I wanted ( beans on toast) went to the till waited 5 mins and no one came then peered into the kitchen and lady asked if I wanted to order- I said beans on toast with vegetable sausages and hash browns - she tried in vain to put the order through and then said bear with me I don’t know how to work the till!!! She then called out another lady who seemed to be extremely annoyed at being called out and placed my order but put the order through- I poured water into my cup and next thing I k ew a lady was walking out with my order- not sure if they pre cook certain items. I looked at the plate and was very disappointed- bearing in mind I ordered beans on toast ( clue in the name) I was given two slices of cold toast- two veg sausage and a tiny tiny bowl of beans - the ones you normally get a side of ketchup services in!! Two knobs of butter which was frozen so I could not spread on the cold toast- taste was vegetable sausage was awful toast was cold as were hash browns and the bowl of beans had clearly been warned in a microwave and not stirred so top was warm bottom was cold- very very disappointed- very poor service very poor food and an all round...

Honestly the worst breakfast I've ever had in my life, started out no table numbers so ordered out, no scrambled egg! Already had a feeling how the food was going to be, it was ready worryingly quick and came with no cutlery thinking back this was probably a good thing. What I was greated by was the most depressing food I've ever seen I think the worst parts where the pre fried egg that was still so undercooked I wouldn't be surprised if I still got salmonella it was like swallowing your own snot and yet some how the sossage and hash brown where cold and over cooked! Not sure how that's entirely possible when it's clearly been microwaved or left on a radiator to walm up I'm not entirely sure. I wouldn't say it was cheap aswell you'd rather go to mcdonalds across the road or find a Greg's. DO NOT GO HERE. DON'T EVEN...
