absolutely terrible food and terrible service! ordered garlic salt and pepper chips and beef in blackbeen sauce, the chips are soggy with absolutely no flavour, no garlic atall and absolutely tasteless! the beef in black bean sauce is meant to be a little hot but what we got was like licking the devils arse and couldn’t eat more than one bite! when I phoned “new wok delight” to make them aware that the food wasn’t any good and that I would like a refund all I got I. return was a load of attitude and got told “tough, next time you order put in notes not hot” and that they would not give myself a refund as it wasn’t their fault for making the food inedible! also contacted just eat who further contacted the “ restaurant “ and were also told that they will not be issue a refund. so now I’m sat here with inedible food wishing I’d ordered a...

I’m a regular here but time Ive stopped going My own fault I know but bought an extra portion of fried rice lastnight to reheat today Opened it and it’s boiled rice too many times I get home to realise there’s stuff missing The food is nice but it’s not what you pay for especially since boiled rice is cheaper than egg fried rice whenever I go in 9.9 times out of ten I’m the only one in the shop and phones barely ring Don’t like having to walk back down to the shop to get the correct food I paid for If you live in the area I’d suggest canton king couple doors down their food is good and id say same prices as wok delight and whenever I order I’m never waiting around for my food like I am...

FOUND A DEAD FLY IN MY DINNER!!!!!

Found a dead fly in my rice called to explain this and was told to bring in myself for them to inspect it after a few minutes they finally agreed to send someone to my property.

The man who came demanded to see the object which I had no problem showing them The man was extremely rude and accused me of planting the fly and went on to say its because I have a dog and two cats it's my fault!

Little tip accept that the customer is correct and don't accuse a customer of tampering with the food.
