Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Bradford

Worst starbucks I've ever been to, I think in say 10 trips for a coffee they've got the order right once. Usually forgetting syrups, or not using blonde roast when its clearly requested. Starbucks you either need to re-hire or re-train. I know it's not just myself thats having these issues either, the last time I was in there I waited 10 mins for 2 coffees and in that time watched 2 customers return to the till to advise they'd given them the wrong thing. One lady said they'd given her the wrong piece of cake and the girl just stood blank faced until a manager came back from break and intervened. The girl initially tried to put the cake back into the cabinet to give to someone else DURING A PANDEMIC! Thankfully the manager on duty had some common sense. Another trip there today and they've forgotten the syrup. Please starbucks for the love of all things holy sort...

Nice enough place and food is okay, but ask for anything out of the norm like "can we have our coffee's in takeaway cups" as on a lunchtime you often don't have time to finish a full cup, then you might as well ask for them to work out the pythagoras theorem, it just doesn't happen. On one occasion we asked they put it in a takeaway cup and they poured the full coffee's away rather than just decanting them from one vessel into another. Communication is key amonst staff but here there is clearly none.

There is no consideration for the outside area where cups and plates and wrappers are just left to blow about in the wind and should you wish to sit there, you're going to have to clean it up yourself or just bear with the fact you're sat amongst everyone elses mess.

i’ve just left this Starbucks and although they do lovely sou flat whites I arrived at 9:45 this morning and the floor was filthy as where the toilets. I sat and worked for three hours and no one cleared any plates or cups away! as I left I counted up 11 tables with mugs plates and napkins on. In a time where everything should be cleaned regularly and sanitised properly I am slightly concerned! I would have mentioned this to the young girl behind the counter but as I left she was serving on her own and there was about 10 people in the queue.
