Awesome little cafe in Hatfield Peverel, great coffee and breakfasts, but the absolute star of the show is cakes and brownies. These things are amazing, I've been several times and always end up taking a couple away. Great food, friendly service, free parking and even a little playground in the back for kids if you need!

I just popped in here and had breakfast the staff were very friendly and accommodating which added to the fantastic full English I had it was full of flavour and a nice big portion go here if you want to leave full and enjoy the outside area.

It was a real treat to find Carries Kitchen. Frankie was very welcoming to us as first time customers. Delicious 'proper coffee' and a 5 star doorstep bacon sandwich with beautifully thick cut bacon all served with a smile. Perfect for a late breakfast or light lunch. Went to Carrie’s for breakfast and cake. The sausage sandwich was amazing, the bread was so fresh and the sausages were really flavoursome. I followed this with a Bruce cake, no words will do this justice! The sponge was moist the ganache was amazing, honestly one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve ever had. Popped in for breakfast today. Top quality ingredients in the full English and they have the best decaff coffee Lavazza none of your jar stuff here.
