Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Bromsgrove

i have been using costa for a long while now and i have made few complaints about different costa branches , how ever credit when credits due , i went through a drive through on friday afternoon and Chloe served me , she made feel valued as a costa customer , she gave a free drink as it was kind of misleading on the app , not that free drink got this review as i was happy to pay for the drink but her attitude toward the customer and service and how you make the best of a bad situation got me to write this review , i do believe people like that will determine how customers will see the brand , well done Chloe and all the best in your...

I come to this costa everyday twice a day and I can say this is far the best costa I have visited with the friendly staff morning and afternoon staff are always welcome and happy to customers etc. Keep up the outstanding work your team do at the location. This is my and my children’s favourite Costa to go to because of the amazing service we receive from Aravind. He always makes us feel so welcome and is so happy to see us every time.
