Ordered online via the website, website stated ready in 10 minutes so went to collect the order, wasn't ready when we got in to which I understand the fact that it was Saturday night so would of took longer ( which I was shocked by the 10 minute notification via the website) the chips were stone cold and had to warm them back up, the curries were all leaked through the lids and you couldn't make out what was what ? Then we realised we had been given a tikka starter instead of a tikka main, I called up on the night to explain and the person I spoke with well let's just say he rubbed me up the wrong way. I wanted to be reimbursed for the mistake they had made and was told he couldn't do a refund because he presumed that I wanted everything refunded ( a £75 order that we ate most of it I would never dream of asking for the full ammount back when I have ate the product.) But instead of listening to the customer he was very defensive and argumentative I then waited 5 days and no communication from the manager like he said. I called back this evening and was approached with the same attitude to which he had now changed his attitude about sorting the refund out for the mistake they had made. But this was after he told me I wouldn't get my money back because i paid through and app. Which is not my fault but I am being penalized for thier mistake. After the person on the phone safe to say winding me up and having a full blown argument on the phone regarding this situation I said that I wanted the manager to call me back tomorrow then putting the phone down.
Customer service is shocking I will never...

Unfortunately, the food itself was very poor. The curries were bland, watery, and completely lacking in flavour. Even the popadoms were overcooked.
The service didn’t help either. The staff seemed confused and had little understanding of what we were asking for. Their presentation was sloppy, and the restaurant itself felt dirty, dusty, and unkempt. It was also noticeably cold inside, and the lack of music for much of the evening created an odd, uncomfortable atmosphere.
We did think it strange that there were no other customers on a Friday night – and sadly, now we know why. A real shame, but we won’t...
Read moreI rang Jaipur in Clent to arrange a takeaway. I asked for the Monday to Thursday deal / offer on their menu. The response was as follows, “you’ve got to be joking mate, you don’t expect us to give the usual deals in the current circumstances do you”. The cost of the meal should have been £23.90 but we were told it would now be £37. A discussing attitude for a restaurant that prides itself on a community feel. Very disappointed that they need to profit from a very desperate situation this countries in. Last time...
