Olympic Cafe — Restaurant in Broxbourne

I went there this morning, the cafe was not busy. I ordered a bacon sandwich and I waited over 20 minutes and it never arrived on my table. I have no idea how they forgot my order? But, I was not happy with it at all. The guy who took my order down and said “sit down and ill bring it over.” When I went to go pay for my coffee, I said “The sandwich never arrived, so I’m just going to pay for my coffee only.” He acted so surprised “your sandwich never came?” Anyways I would’ve given this a 0 star. Thanks for your service and making me go buy...

Keep away if you have any allergies or intolerance

I stated my allergy when I ordered and within a few mouthfuls became unwell, then asked them to check finer ingredients and would you believe it, they didn’t check before, and now I’m fearful of what will happen to me! Not even an apology….. Will be speaking to whoever allocates food licences….. would give zero star but the coffee was nice so warrants the one

Would say cheap and cheerful but actually...

Just received my delivery and hot drink was missing. Staff refusing to send the hot drink or process a partial refund. Told me to go to the cafe to collect the tea (if I wanted to go to the cafe I wouldn't of just paid for delivery). No resolve and has hung the phone up on me twice. Will not be ordering from here again. I can accept mistakes happen, but it's about how you make them right and this staff member is not willing...
