Cedars Park Cafe — Restaurant in Broxbourne

Disgusting experience at this cafe. Me, my partner and my 4 month old baby visited the cafe, it was raining heavily and we needed some shelter so went in and thought we would have a drink and something to eat. The front of the cafe was full up so we walked into the back where there were 2 free seats. We sat down and were about to order when a member of staff informed us that this area was for adults only. I do understand this and if it was a nice day we could of sat outside but as I said earlier it was raining heavily, there were no available tables in the front of the cafe and there’s no where sheltered in the park to sit away from the rain. Considering my baby was sitting happily not crying and none of the adults in the room seemed to have an issue and there was no other adults waiting to be seated, you would of thought the staff could have let us stay there for a quick drink and wait for the rain to pass, however he just watched us walk out the cafe into the pouring rain with nowhere to go with a young baby. Honestly just disgusted at this service. Can’t comment on the food as we were pretty much kicked out before having the chance to order anything....

Strangest cafe I have ever been too. First off I went back to counter as half my breakfast was missing. The women then comes and says I only paid for what I got and if I want the extra I'd have to pay extra. So I paid £5 more. When looking at my banking app I see. No I didn't I paid right amount the first time. I try speak to women to explain I've now paid twice and she kept saying. Do want a argument about it or can I just give you a extra cup of tea. In end I stop trying to explain the problem and just say why do you keep saying that. I haven't been...

Such a great little space perfect for gatherings , however, I think when booking more details should be given in regards to rubbish and cleaning up as it was not clear until we went there and when you have a party you have a lot of rubbish bags but nowhere to put them.

It’s definitely a great space however it does need some maintenance as when we went in. It wasn’t cleaned properly and the bushes were not trimmed. But overall, we had...
