MOULDY FOOD!!!!! Honestly if you asked me half an hour ago I’d have said this is the most incredible place and to order immediately. That was until this last order that came with a tub of cheese with added mould . (Pictured attached.) I called to check whether or not this cheese had been placed on my meal as it was also present and I would rather not eat mould. The response I got was ‘it was made yesterday ah ‘ to which I explained I can see mould I have no reason to lie, all I wanted was to make them aware of the issue and check the main part of my meal was edible. The young girl sounded bored by my issue and told me she’d get a manager about 2 minutes later if that she was back with a message for me from the chef advising im wrong the chef only prepared it yesterday and he’s wont be making anything else for me but is willing to replace the cheese. At this point im still unsure whether or not this cheese is kept separately. Honestly I still don’t know so PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Having mould alone is an issue that should be taken seriously and a simple question of how food is stored shouldn’t result in having a rude woman telling me I’ve asked for new food when that couldn’t be further from the truth. Gutted is an understatement. Food is decent but the delivery experience is just a nightmare. they literally get something wrong every single time. Either they forget items we paid for like extra portions of cheese or dessert or drinks. i ordered there 3 times hoping every time to have an ok experience or always saying that they will get it right this time. I literally call them and tell them don't forget this and that and the last time it was this and that and they still get it wrong!! it's traumatic to be honest and we won't be ordering there ever again. Yes also there delivery can't be tracked if u order with deliveroo or Just eat. And Two times i ordered late and asked them kindly (via a note and also called to make sure they know) not to knock. nut their delivery person comes very hyper active and loud and knocks really aggressively, am sure he is a great person but he is very loud and not professional at all to say the least. Amazing for gluten free, accommodating service for awkward customers makong changes to orders (I've had to do this when BBQ base wasn't an option but they did this for us over the phone)

Arrived in store and its so clean, prepped, friendly staff who really do care and had put my faith back In to ordering take out.

Ordering for delivery they arrived no hassle super friendly, I accidently left my pup in the garden which I should have got in knowing the delivery was en route but the delivery fella was amazing and kind and courteous. (Sorry dude you can't have my pup XD and sorry I didn't get ya name for the shout out)

I don't order from anywhere else now if I do order out. And when I do its direct and not through just eat.
