Twice I've ordered from here and it's arrived late and freezing cold..... Updated review due to the owner leaving a very weird reply....I can't actually believe you've replied in such a rude way to me 😲...The order wasn't 1 minute late thats a lie and you know it.... It was 10 minutes late after the 40 minute recommended time on you website...meaning it took you 50 minutes to cook and deliver sausage, chips and beans to me and I'm only 2 minutes away from you.... And it was FREEZING COLD, i had to microwave it 🤬....This is the second time its happened and thats why I felt I had to leave a truthful review.....What an obnoxious reply from you....saying 'people like me will order again' Wow....you are very sadly mistaken if you think 'people like me' will ever give you a penny more in the future you rude pathetic man...I will stick to our favourite chip shop from now on which is King Cod on Queens rd... They are much further away and their delivery time is always around 20 minutes, and the food is much nicer tbh, and always HOT....you need a few lessons in customer service it seems.....instead of being rude to 'people like me' you should be apologising! I also have a business and I would never treat customers...

Been shopping here for years but didn’t realise that the management had changed. Food is disgraceful - we found a hair in chips/pie, a suspicious blue/green thread in the kebab wrap, and a very soggy fish in batter. We asked for small chips but got a huge portion. We ordered a wrap but they forgot to pack it so we had to travel all the way back to pick it up. They insisted we took a “free” bottle of fizzy drink but then asked for this to be returned when we challenged them about the hair/thread. Price has zoomed up too and definitely doesn’t represent value for money. Avoid at all costs - we won’t ever eat there again. Photos show what was found in the kebab - owner of the business, who is very hostile and very unapproachable, says it was impossible that anything was in it, so this will be sent to the local council’s relevant department for...

I can't recommend this place enough the young ladies that serve us always go above and beyond for my autistic child (food separation)

The serving staff are always so pleasant clean and smiles on their faces even when you can clearly see they are rushed off their feet.

The only issue we did have once was what I assume was a manager shouting on his phone in his native language in the shop, this really unsettled our daughter spd (sensory processing disorder) but the lady with long red hair noticed this instantly and distracted our daughter why the younger server got our order together as quickly as she could and even put a big smiley face on the wrapping of our daughters Food.

Food is always hot and well presented not just thrown together like most places. The care and attention is 10/10...
