Pepe's — Restaurant in Burnley

I placed an order for a full chicken, a peri peri burger, some fries and 3 wings! Food tasted ok. The wings were literally the tips of the wings with hardly any meat on them, also a missing wing, upon noticing this I called the takeaway to inform them of this, literally took me 30 mins just to get through to them and came across an extremely rude lady who claimed she is the manager! Disgusting customer service honestly! I basically informed her of the missing wing and the fact that the wings were literally the tips and of a ridiculous size. First of all she was adamant they sent 3 when I only received 2! Then on top of that she wanted the 2 back which my hungry 6 year old had eaten after half an hour of trying to get through to them, took photos as proof anyway! I informed her of this and she basically didn’t even bother to apologise and said my daughter shouldn’t have eaten them and she refused to do anything about it! I wasn’t too fussed about them delivering anymore wings! I was just ringing to inform them of the mistake they made! But the lady was so rude and I received terrible customer service. Me and my husband use to go to eat lunch there on a regular basis, I’ve been put off going there again due to her disgusting customer service. Slammed the phone down on me several times as she couldn’t be bothered to listen to what...

I wish of could leave zero star for Food ! Service ! Atmosphere !

First time been in this food place and never again , Ordered a full chicken as a meal , Full chicken on its own 12.99 and as meal £15.31 so paid extra £2.31 for small fries and Cup drink of no chose ! I mean no one will asked you what drink you want !! Unbranded drink and taste nothing compare to Normal cock or Pepsi !!

Fries was cooked already and when time come to serve chief will warm it again by put the fries back to hot oil !!! Which’s looks and tastes terrible ! When I notice the quality and asked counter to change my fries obviously refused to change my fries !! Customer service terrible and even when the chef ask what happens the lady behind the counter start talking in foreign language, which is I couldn’t even understand what they own about!! Respect but that’s not how you treat your customers !

She refused even listen to reason and didn’t even care what we have said

Order food delivery on Thursday night and deliver took so long then expected we order we clearly mentioned we need to legs but they sent one leg one breast ok thats fine not a big deal but we ordered hot peri peri chicken box with rice and veg and they sent mild chicken we rang the take away to sort the problem out that the chicken is totally mild and the manager started screaming this is 200% hot how can you are sure its hot even you didn't make that and you didn't asked your staff human made mistakes sometimes it happens but that lady was out of mind who was just defending herself no apologiesnever seen this kind of shit costumer service from any other restaurants or take away the lady was just talking and talking shit not listening to our problem and after that we hang up the call. pepes is a good repute brand if they keep hiring this kind of manager all the costumer gonna leave so please focus on your staff and tell them to learn some customer service skills in your trade...
