Popped in with my family late Saturday afternoon, never been before, I last knew this place as the "Teacher’s pub" when I was at Unsworth school and they'd pop in at lunch and after school. Fresh modern interior and great covered and uncovered outdoor spaces and great for the British summer with the occasional downpour. An ale, single gin and a Guinness came to around Ā£15.55 which is about fair. Both the Thwates Gold and IPA were good. Service was friendly but a little slow, when about to start the busy period there should be more than two staff on the bar, one was sorting drinks out for all the tables leaving just one to serve those at the bar. Food was "good enough" reasonably priced but no more than just pub fare, for example the Trio of sausages and mash were not the highest quality sausages and the battered fish was tasty but the batter a little hard because it had been cooked for a little too long. Given the number of people coming in and there for an afternoon or evening, enough people enjoy the Queen Anne far more than my...

Took my mum and girlfriend for Mother’s Day. It was a set menu that was quite varied and covered most people’s preferences. On arrival the greeting was warm we was taken to our table and drinks order was sorted quickly. We checked the menu and because were not massive eaters we chose one course with the option of dessert later. My mum ordered the salmon with cheese sauce fresh veg and potato’s my girl friend the trio of meats roast dinner and me the cheese leek and spring onion pie. The food was cooked wonderfully, the veg with bite the salmon perfectly cooked the roast was full of flavour and my cheese pie was perfect the chips served alongside were home cooked crispy on outside and fluffy on inside. My mum chose a cherry pie dessert and as with all the food she loved it and so did my partner šŸ‘šŸ¼šŸ‘šŸ¼šŸ‘šŸ¼. All food cooked perfectly was piping hot and the service was second to none. Well done the Queen Anne I couldn’t recommend you enough thanks for a lovely...

Fantastic, NEW Addition to Bury!

This place is great! The new award winning tenants are so friendly and warming creating a professional and uplifting atmosphere.

This smart, small cosy pub is also ideal for families, couples as well as local regulars. The menu hosts a selection of home-cooked favourites, continental dishes and daily specials all at fantastic prices. The quality is very good with most produce sourced locally.

The private car park to the rear of the pub is also big, overlooking a beautiful harden & rear beer terrace.

The staff are always polite and cheerful and go the extra mile for customers with special dietary needs or requests.

I can see great potential for this new haunt and wish it the best success, I will definitely be returning to experience the Christmas menu's and Spanish Tapas evenings.

I will also recommend this up and coming place to all my...

I have visited the Queen Anne on a few occasions now and all my experiences have been great. The pub is very welcoming with friendly locals passing in and out. The prices are reasonable and justify the quality of the visit, great service and clean eating environment. The food has always been freshly cooked to order and served hot. The staff are extremely accommodating and always aim to please, however busy they seem. The outdoor seating area is great to take in some fresh air and children can play on the outdoor play area.

Beautiful traditional English pub. The staff are all incredibly customer service orientated individuals. The location is clean and well laid out. We had a group of 15+ for a family event. The Queen Anne provided catering for a lunch and made accommodations for all our needs, including options for 2 plant based members of our group. Parking was more than adequate and at the rear of the parking area is a large children's fun play area. Go have a pint at the Queen Anne. You won't Be disappointed.
