Just Scrumptious — Restaurant in Calderdale

Very friendly, lovely welcoming cafe with free WiFi. Dog friendly and if you come in with a dog they bring water and a treat for the dog when they take your order at the table.

Husband had the large breakfast which was the usual mix of food but the quality of items seemed hugher than the usual. I had toast and later at lunchtime a sandwich which comes with crisps and coleslaw. These a good menu and daily specials with a selection of fresh made decorated cakes.

Good to have a pot of tea rather than a cup too.

Advice for visitors. The usual bread roll, cob, bun, barm debate they call them teacakes here!

All round friendly cafe, reasonable prices and worth a visit. Attached to an amazing butcher's shop also selling fresh made pies and jams etc. Sweet shop above.

3 steps down on entrance but there's disabled step free access via the shop/butchers next door.

I came across this place today I was visiting some friends, a quaint little cafe with the most amazing home made cakes and food. The place was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was lovely and hot and was of good quality. We had a breakfast and the fried eggs were lovely, NOT greasy and runny yolks. We got a pot of tea it was massive and for £2.50 it was enough for 4 cups between us, I've paid over £2.50 for a small cup in the high end coffee shops.i had a huge piece of brownie that I'd say was one of the best brownies I've ever tasted, and I was told they all home baked. The cafe is dog friendly too. I'll definitely go back, sadly it isn't on my doorstep otherwise I'd be eating cake there every day 🥰 if you in the area give this very reasonably priced cafe a visit, you will not be...

You will not be disappointed.

The new owners have certainly put their mark on the café, with an exciting fresh appearance, locally sourced produce, friendly staff and customer satisfaction of paramount importance. A good varied selection on the menu and the Full English breakfast would satisfy any appetite, also choices of smaller dishes. The ambiance is warm and welcoming and supporting local businesses makes this café a first for me. We'll done Jane and Alan, we wish you every success...
