The Kitchen Deilcatessen Ripponden — Restaurant in Calderdale

This place is the best. I haven’t managed to find a club sandwich as delicious as the Cheesecake Factory in Chicago however I think there’s is better and its local. Each time I have been in they have been very friendly and we have had a great chat. Not only that but it appears they are trying to improve on recipes and evolve and ask if you want to try samples of various new items. This marks a sign of good self awareness and adaptation in a tough and ruthless market. How a business should be run. Keep up the good work guys :-) Love Miles...

The management in this store are very rude and ignorant. On my visit the owner was busy talking to a friend on their mobile and didn't come over to acknowledge me let alone serve me for at least a couple of minutes. It is clearly understaffed and under an egregious management. When I was finally served the manager lady lacked any form of customer service and was in a hurry to grab my money and hurry me out. This is the best sandwich shop and delicatessen in Yorkshire, being a plasterer I have eaten a lot of different Butties, but this shop has a Cajun beef sandwich that makes the mouth water even thinking about it, the staff are lovely, welcoming and funny! I can't wait to start my next job across the road that they got me by passing my business card on, good tactic...because I'll be in there every day!!! VISIT...
