McDonald's — Restaurant in Calderdale

DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALDS!!!!!

Unfortunately this is the only Mcdonalds which comes up as the option for delivery. Where do I start? Every-time (possibly the last 7 times maybe more) we order a delivery, they get the order massively wrong missing meals off the order leaving one or two of us without food. Our order tends to be £50-£60 for our whole family. Basically we are getting robbed…

Then the worst thing is how do we resolve it? We call them and Wow we are met with incompetence & attitude! One alleged manager stated we was lying and insisted our order was weighed so it wasnt wrong. Why would I spend my time complaining when I should be enjoying my food!!! Often, they state there is nothing they can do and to lodge the issue with Uber? But this isnt right, why should the poor Uber driver get blamed & get even less for a very poorly paid job as it is.

We went in 3 weeks ago & spoke to a manager who was actually nice & pleasant. We explained we were having to drive down due to all the incorrect orders, she stated she would personally do our order ensuring it was correct. We took it, was confident it was correct and guess what it was missing our daughters McChicken sandwich? She only had fries, we rang up AGAIN, she stated she realised it was wrong after we had left, she was apologetic giving us a code for 2 free meals. This response was marginally better than what came today!

Today; we risked a delivery and how stupid were we? The drinks weren’t full as weren’t the fries which should have been large drinks & large fries. They missed 2 apple pies off. So once again I spent my meal time on the phone complaining.

The attitude of the staff, Hayley & the alleged manager Charlie was disgusting. We didnt shout, swear we were reasonable but Hayley (staff) slammed the phone down & when we rang back up stated the phone cut off.. A higher manager then came on the phone who was even worse… No solution, no offer of compensation just told us to complain to Mcdonalds customer service? But how does this resolve the issue today. No apology!!!

The staff here all need training? How do the managers even get such a title with such poor management skills!!

I ordered Breakfast this morning, what a mistake. The order was through Uber, with it being Sunday, enjoying a slow Sunday morning.

Unfortunately the order was wrong, now sometimes it was a understandable small mistakes are made but to miss 2x while meals is not.

Now the Uber Driver was very helpful and supportive once contacted when it became apparent, he advised me to contact McDonald's direct.

This is where it gets interesting, I was rudely told to come to store! On a Sunday Morning not having had breakfast to sort a simple mistake and lack of quality control?! Also McDonald's failed to take any ownership of the mistake trying to defect the issue to Uber but clearly the Uber Driver did not pack my order!!

Luckily the Uber Driver was able to sort the issue out of the incompetence of the McDonald's staff.

Safe to say I will not be ordering from this store again............the Brighouse McDonald's manager should hang their head in Shame, no customer service, just passing the buck to a totally innocent party and clearly not interested in getting their own mistake corrected.

The problem is these things do happen and sometimes left because of the difficulties presented through deliveries and If I hadn't have got this sorted it would have been another clear robbery from McDonald's.

I would not recommend going to this McDonald's or ordering from them as they will get it wrong and make it your problem they made the mistake.

SHOCKING.. had a long day at work. So me and my wife popped there to the drive through to save cooking tea. We only ordered 4 cheese burgers 🍔 and 2 wraps of the day. Waited in a long que all the way round the building when I finally got to the last window he said can you please park up we'll bring it over to you. After almost 10 minutes the girl came over to my car there you go there's your order. Maybe it's my fault I should of checked before leaving but how hard is it to count upto 4 ??? Very hard it seems. I drove home about 1 mile and got in my house opened the bag yes 2 wraps 👏 👏 3 cheese burger's 👎 no I ordered 4. I wasn't going back out to do 1 mile there and 1 mile back for a cheese burger. And I don't know why I waited 10 mins ?? Because the cheese burgers were stone cold and the wrap was warm and I'd only driven 1 mile.
