Milano Pizza — Restaurant in Calderdale

Regular at milianos and never really had a problem. Ordered on the app for collection. Missing items in order, portion of chips missing completely and the other portion of chips missing the extra charged cheese. Rang them, they apologise and said they would do another 2 portions of chip, one with cheese and one without. So I leave my other parts of meal to go back to pick them up, on foot. On arrival home from picking up the chips, the cheese is still missing. I rang them and they are apologising saying if I come back I'll get a portion of cheese chips. I explain I am walking and my other half of meal is now cold and ask them to either deliver me the chips or bring the money back. The man on the phone starts arguing with me saying he is busy with no driver so can't. I make it clear I was willing the first time to back to sort their mistake but to get it wrong twice and expect me to walk back is disgusting customer service. I asked for my money back, he said yes if I come back for it, unsure which part of I'm not walking back to the shop he isn't quite understanding, he then agreed to deliver it, however it is now 11.53 and they haven't brought my chips or...

The food is absolutely beautiful with the donner meat having its own unique taste. I don't know how they do it but it's amazing. The chilli sauce is possibly the best I have ever tasted.

I ordered a special kabab and it was very special lol. It was huge and trust me it has very special taste.

It always comes hot too even from Brighouse. I live in Huddersfield but I will only get Milanos. They don't even charge delivery over a certain price and I live in a different town.

I get the Ben and Jerry's cookie dough ice-cream too from there and it's still frozen and perfect and the bottle coke is still freezing which is what you need when you try their banging chilli sauce.

I have tried pizzas too and they are beautiful too with loads of topping. I orded ham and pineapple and it was very tasty with real ham as apposed to the cheap block of ham. If you want the best kabab then you have to go here and you...

AVOID! RUDE! NEVER DELIVERED FOOD

Never had a problem with Milanos until tonight and I am absolutely gutted. Staying at friends, who orders takeaways/taxis to different address as no access via front. I explained when I ordered that it’s not my address and to call me upon arrival. 1 hour later, I called to see where my pizza was. They said they tried to deliver twice. I explained it wasn’t my address and they were supposed to call me. Man said he called my number -but they had been calling the wrong number- number on file was completely wrong. He said he would deliver my pizza but I said it would be cold by now so I should have a discount or apology as it wasn’t my fault. He told me it was my fault as he tried to deliver the pizza twice.
