McDonald's — Restaurant in Cannock Chase

I had chicken buurger&fries,husband big mac & fries,2 latte coffees.we waited about 15 minutes for food,but there must have been about 10 people behind the counter,when my app wouldn't work there were 2 girls behind the counter at the end chatting, a copper of times I looked straight at them and basically they looked the other way and pretended they hadn't seen because a couple of times they glanced back at me.it took a girl cleaning the tables to come over to me after about 10 minutes to go behind the counter and get someone to serve me.from when we get there to getting our food was near half an hour.and when it did come one hot one cool coffee,I changed it straight away..as soon as we started eating fries you could tell they had mixed freshly cooked fries with a batch that had been done a while before some hot some bendy and cool.the people on next table changed there's but had to wait.we just left the fries.we did mention it to a young man bringing food out,but bless him he was busy so don't think he would have...

Absolutely disgusting service here been here a few times now at different times of the day and always staff just standing around chatting to each other when there is plainly work for them to do!. Each time wait Times for food is nearly 25 minutes and we not talking about a big order one burger. Been In there tonight 26/10 ordered a single Big Mac no pickle staff again standing around doing nothing no managers to be seen. Waited 26 minutes for one burger to arrive when I asked the girl why it taken so long she didn't even acknowledge me instead looked at me like dirt she didn't even apologise for the long wait. Called manager when I got home explained what had happened waited 25 minutes and clown who was making burger obviously could not read NO PICKLES as yes it had pickles on it and had just been thrown in the box. Won't be going back again instead I'll drive to Burntwood branch much better...

Went in to order from machine to take away. Firstly machine didn’t give receipt. Waited for food & our order number disappeared from board so I’m thinking great food is coming. Nope I was wrong.. After a while I asked if our order was ready. The guy asked what we ordered & then quickly got the hot food element ready as the McFlurry’s & drinks had been sitting waiting for ages. When we got our hot food (using the term hot very loosely) as it was stone cold but couldn’t be bothered to go back in. Started attempting my cold burger (just how I like it by the way) to find a hair in it. I chucked it away so what a waste. I don’t usually use this branch for this reason. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m appalled by the service & quality of the food. Won’t be using this...
