After a recent purchase turned negative I can't say I'm happy. 2 Micro sd cards I purchased online only with instore collection were stolen by the supplier or courier. The staff member who signed for an empty envelope did not log a claim so my Friday purchase due for collection Monday was not ready. Tuesday I went in store and was told my items had not been delivered. Thursday, 6 days later I got told the same story. I mentioned the email from DPD stating it had been delivered Sunday already and who signed for it. Staff said I can get a refund or replacement; 72 hour wait then 9 days after that. 12 Days to wait for either. I asked for the manager to make a complaint and got the same line from him. He eventually relented and offered me replacements for half the original price of the cards price. I accepted that and got 2 £20 cards for £10 each and will get my refund for the missing cards nearer the end of November. Very poor customer service when the problem is with their supplier or courier who was dishonest. Depending who you talk to depends on level of service here, earlier on in the day spoke to a young girl who wasn't that interested but went back later with my son for a 2nd look and spoke to a different sales girl who was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Pleased with my purchase and with speed of delivery and communication. However wishI hadn't have paid for the installation service, the 2 men delivering were polite and friendly and took all rubbish away. They switched the tv on and pressed some buttons on initial set up but then had problems getting sky box to accept, eventually did it with the help of us, but didn't run through apps also the sound system wasn't working so they said they couldn't do it and left. Later on I moved the cable into a different hdmi socket went into settings and selected sound system rather than internal speaker and it all worked.
