ordered via deliveroo. food arrived 25 minutes later than estimated. The order was missing 2 items. i tried to call multiple times with no answer. i then tried to complain through Deliveroo, but couldn't as they would not change the order status to delivered for an additional 30 minutes at least. thankfully deliveroo rectified the issue with credit.
