Had two vouchers to use. Had the bacon roll with latte and a raspberry & almond slice to eat in and a blueberry muffin for home. All good so increased the stars from 3 to 4. Just had my free coffee toasted ham and cheese sandwich with an almond bakewell slice. Sandwich had hardly any cheese and was very crispy hard to cut with a knife .

Considering its a drive thru this is alot better than I thought it would be. There is plenty of inside seating, with a full range of both coffee and food food available. The staff were good and the facilities were great.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I often drive through on my way to work, and even when I'm running late, I know I can still pop by and not lose any time, as they are SO speedy. When I've gone in to the actual store, it's always immaculate, and honestly the baristas can't do enough to help you. It's always a pleasure to visit this Costa, with Charlotte and Dawn making the place extra special,...

Awful service. No acknowledgment from staff on arrival. Assistant completely ignored me. No choice given re size of drink. Assistant sold me a medium size without taking time to clarify what size. All in all a very bad experience amplified by staff indifference and general poor customer service. I didnā€™t manage to spend any of my hard earned money which is quite fortunate. Not giving my money...

It took a long time from entering to leaving with drinks, as there just wasnā€™t the right amount of staff for a busy Saturday morning. Staff were lovely and friendly however and coped with professionalism and calmness.

Shoutout to Logan and Hayden on the inside who were brilliant together.

The coffee is good, the place just needs one or two more staff...
