Café Leo's — Restaurant in Charnwood

A very lucky find just off the M1 and so much nicer than overpriced service stations. My husband used to travel all over the country and has eaten in hundreds of places - he said it was one of the best (all day) breakfasts he’s ever had. I had a lovely BBQ chicken panini with salad and there were plenty of other choices for lunches, cakes and snacks too. These two meals together with good quality coffees (one Americano and one latte) came to just over £16 - so very reasonably price). The food here is good, honest, no nonsense café grub and is really nice quality and always served promptly and piping hot in my experience. The place is always spotless clean and tidy as well - you could eat your food off the floor, never mind a plate or the table! The staff are very friendly too. We moved to Shepshed a few weeks ago and found Kims cafe the 2nd day here. Been there for mid morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and takeaway. The baguettes and cobs are so soft and delicious, the Jacket potatoes and fillings are very filling and satisfying. The all day breakfast is great, good value for money.
