Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Charnwood

Went to Costa to meet my sister to have a catch up, something we haven't done for some time due to Ill health, Costa wasn't too busy so we ordered our drinks, with the luxury of cream on the top not something I do often, stood chatting while waiting, happened to look over as cream was being put on, I asked if it was regular cream, to be told quite rudely no its vegan, I explained to the person making our drinks that we didn't request vegan and would like normal cream, the women got visably annoyed at this request and said something to her colleague which made me feel quite uncomfortable, and almost wished that I hadn't, as the drinks were finished and practically dumped in front of us with the most pathetic squirt of cream. Me and my sister felt very uncomfortable I don't think it's too much to ask to get the drink that we pay for without the attitude of a staff member who has got our order wrong and then made us feel...

Now i liked this costa. Got my favourite drink which was a red berry cooler. I really loved the hanging costa mugs as a chandelier they were lovely. Some of the tables were a bit messy but that’s ok. Really friendly staff is always nice. I enjoyed watching people scanning their shopping via the self scans opposite. Super comfy chairs omg! It felt like i was sitting on a throne...

Worst customer service from a costa shop, staff were preoccupied looking at a mobile phone together and I was stood waiting. One lady came over to serve me and was friendly, but the lady who made the drink was so miserable. When she had made my drink she dumped it in front of me and didn’t even look at me....
