Domino's Pizza - Chelmsford - Beaulieu Square — Restaurant in Chelmsford

On several occasions we have ordered and there has been issues with our order including missing items, no pizza sauce on the garlic pizza bread and barely any on the pizza. I have emailed to complain on one occasion & was given a voucher (which I did not manage to use) then on another occasion I was asked to send a photo of the pizza and then received no response or refund for the missing items. On the 3rd occasion I was sent another voucher which I have just called up to try & redeem & have been told its collection only!!!! (Some might say I am crazy to keep ordereing from them ).This service is disgusting. I expect more from a reputable food chain. Sadly no other Dominos can deliver to me so I guess we will have to find another pizza...

The current manager is a total idiot. No time to talk to customers or be civil. I made an honest mistake (even though my partner saw me order what I thought I ordered on-line - the checkout didn't resemble it). I spoke to a really nice chap but he passed me to the manager. I looked online and saw the error but he couldn't care less and just put the phone down on me. I never complain but this time I was so incensed by his attitude I felt the need to call him back. He just didn't get that even though it was my fault, sincerity and politeness to a customer means more. He needs to be replace ASAP if this new franchise is to survive. I can see a high turnover of staff at this place even...

Genuinely had the best customer service I've ever experienced from any place here.

I had to call to place my order due to my intolerance only being in dairy, but still being a meat eater. I regret not finding out the person's name that helped me. He was extremely thoughtful and considerate to me, my needs and wanted to ensure I didn't have to compromise as well as getting the best deal for my money as my specific requirements would normally make things cost a little extra. He saved me over £5-£8 in total.
