Subway — Restaurant in Chelmsford

If you are going to change an item in an order it would be good to be informed of this. I ordered Tangy Cheese Doritos with my meal and recieved Cheese and Onion Walkers (entirely different type of crisp, one is corn another potato) and then when you try to rectify this after I make a complaint you bring the wrong crisps again this time Cheese and onion baked Walker's. I wasn't that bothered at first but you have got to be kidding me. Not the first time you have changed my order, I have received the wrong drink before, but at least then I still liked and was able to drink the replacement. You can't just replace things because you don't know people's allergies or dietary...

Not all Subways are the same… (see other review).

Been here a few times, and even though I am a fan of Subways, sandwiches here just don’t taste quite right. But straw that broke the camels back is when they refused to recognise my points and offers on the Subway App, despite clearly showing on the App… so I found an alternative Subways to go to, which although a bit further is much better, so won’t be returning to this one. It looks like like they are run by different operators (which is also displayed in the Subways App) so worth...

The staff really need to learn to listen to your order .. we had to explain multiple times what we wanted .. THE MANAGER IS WATCHING THE CCTV THE ENTIRE TIME .. We had a login problem with the app and took a few mins to find signal and get in my account .. within a couple of minutes the manager rings the staff member and asks why we are taking so long .. the staff member had to defend us and explain we had no signal to login to the app ..
