A great place to bring kids of all ages. We had a 4 year old, and a 10,11 & 13 year old and was trying to find something that suited them all. I was confused by the website as I thought there must be a price to just do everything but there wasn’t, so we didn’t book in advance like advised.. and was lucky to still get in last minute.
They should definitely have a deal that is everything included rather than bits here and there. We ended up paying for the jump and climb combo for the older ones and the jump and soft play for the younger one. If you haven’t got grip socks, you will need to buy some there which isn’t a bad price considering it’s like a souvenir to take home.
There was a jug of water and cups at the side of both climbing walls and trampolines for people to help themselves to which was good. We ordered some drinks and snacks through the app to order to the table by soft play and it seemed to take a long time for them to come? I had to give one of the kids money to get something from the vending machine whilst we waited, and something got stuck, so I had to ask for help at the main desk. They were quick and helpful with that.
When it came to climbing, we were left a bit confused as to whether we were supper to wait and let someone strap the kids up with the equipment or whether you were suppose to do it yourself which I thought couldn’t be right because of safety. I had to go ask someone. They didn’t really look like they knew what they were doing when it came to putting on the harness.. luckily someone else came along and took over. It said supervisor on their back which made me feel better.. but then there wasn’t really much information given by them. It was lots of sitting and waiting and then they finally said just another 15mins and we’ll start the video you need to watch. More signs and communication would have been nice.
There was about 32 climbing walls that were included in the jump and climb, they’re pretty good to be honest. The kids started off a bit scared at first, then built up the courage to get to the tops, trying different ones.
The toilets needed attending to as they were gross, even the kids said they were dirty.
Overall it was a good day out. We spent longer here than I thought we would.. but it definitely needs more attention and staffing in certain areas. Also, Could have done with another member of staff on the air slides, as there was just one member of staff that had to close one and open the other and then gonna to the other one when a...
Read moreFirst time visiting this place, usually go to others. There is a cafe on a higher level which offers really good visibility with most of the place being seen which is great.
Children seemed to really enjoy it but think a 2 hour session is slightly too long for what’s on offer, they were lagging and getting bored towards the end. Ild probably book the soft play & jump session if we came again. The soft play there looks really good, children were eyeing it up. As does the climbing walls.
Food wise all we gad was coffee, slushies and ice cream, as expected overpriced. We had planned on eating a lunch here but there wasn’t any cold sandwich options, hot options seemed rather limited and again quite expensive for what they were. Also couldn’t order at the till or view a paper menu, this all has to be done via QR code on the tables.
Some personal niggles, with slightly older children that can be left to their own devices I had planned to catch up with some work whilst I sat here for 2 hours just ensuring they were hydrated every now and again. I asked for wifi, apparently there was none. I also asked if there were seats with plugs, I was directed to the only plugs by the stools on the side. The side at these stools wouldn’t hold a sheet of A4 paper let alone a laptop. The only seats. I know electric and wifi shouldn’t be a given but nowadays most places offer this as it makes the parents experience more enjoyable or just more convenient if they are able to work etc.
Was pleased to not be forced to sit through a half hour safety video about death as other places do so. Video was available in the locker room but assuming most people skip this, I’m content knowing if my children have watched it once then they are good.
Wasn’t much in terms of security, kids if wanted to would freely be able to leave...

Went for the first time with my 5-year old daughter, on Saturday 23/10/2017 around 10:30. Didn't even expect to get in to any of the next hourly sessions, as I would guess this is probably the busiest "open jump" time of the week, but pleased to find they had spaces left in the 11am - 12pm session. Cost was £10 for the session and £1.75 for a pair of "Jump" socks which must be worn at all times on the equipment, but are reusable.
She very much enjoyed it, and had a trampoline to herself for the whole session, and there were plenty more free too. Looks like they keep their promise of not letting in too many people each session. There were three children's parties in progress, and although it felt "busy", there were always trampolines open.
The biggest issue for me, and for others I noticed, was the music. It was stupidly loud and the volume level was even more noticeable when they started doing birthday announcements, with several very young children crying with their hands over their ears, and many other children covering their ears.
It was impossible to talk to my daughter whilst she was on the equipment because of this, and I couldn't hear my wife sat beside me for the same reason.
Seating around the equipment consists of single square "foot rest"-type things, and there aren't enough to cover everyone (see pics)
Marshalling was adequate; some boisterous children, but nothing like as bad as I expected it to be; my daughter was able to have her hour jumping with no real issues from other children.
All in all, worth going, but PLEASE drop the music level! Go first and check it's tolerable for you...
