Such a disappointment. The place looks and feels great, the service was friendly and welcoming. The turkey breast Sunday roast however, was akin to a school lunch (I am a school teacher)
The presentation, cooking, quality of ingredients and taste were well below average and leagues apart from what can he had in other country pubs these days. Only the reasonable price salvaged the experience to a certain degree, maybe that was the giveaway.

Read moreWe were travelling to the airport, but wanted a meal along the way. My partner phone up on the off chance to see if the had a table available. The restaurant was full, but they kindly reserved us a table in the bar area.
We had Calamari to start with their Homemade Garlic Mayonnaise which was to die for.
For the main meals, I had Bass with Soy Sauce Noodles and Pak Hhoi. I enjoyed mine, but it was a bit too salty. My partner had a Homemade Cheese Burger with Bacon and Chips.
The pub is beautiful inside and out with a cute homely village pub atmosphere. They have plenty of garden table and a Free carpark.
All the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to make you happy and comfortable.
Thank you...
