Prince of Wales Chorley — Restaurant in Chorley

Waited 45 minutes for our meal, there was only one person on the bar and at no point did she say we would have to wait that long and it was not like the pub was packed. BLT club came with salad leaves and half warm chicken so went to the complain and was told they don't do lettuce to which I pointed out the word lettuce on the title and in the ingredients on the menu. Asked if I wanted an alternative but was not waiting another 45 minutes (which I told the bar maid) so I ended up with the bar maid putting my chips in a bowl with no refund or anything, Left hungry and very upset will not recommend to anyone. The bar maid herself really needs a lesson in customer service but at the same time was left to do the bar and the food (plus clearing up) on her own. I would like to remind the pub that BLT stands for Bacon...

Called in for breakfast. A few of us from work normally go to wetherspoons for breakfast but fancied a change after diaspointing service on the last visit. Prince of wales is a much small town centre pub although the more intimate venue results in better service and there were certainly not the inebriated occupants that seem to plague the other venue, even early in the day. Super friendly staff quickly took our order and food was served within a few minutes. We didn't get to try anything alcoholic but coffee was excellent; there's the now usual choice of latte, cappucino freshly prepared from a proper esspresso machine. Full english was substantial and very reasonably priced, under £5 including drink. We'll definately...

lovely staff, and patrons. you might see another review by a "lady" who said she was assaulted and kicked out. luckily that woman was actually dumb enough to post the video evidence online of HER and her gaggle of terfs harassing the staff, and both staff and the patrons in the video stood up for the actual person being harassed. and not the old yt woman crying over facing consequences for her bigoted actions. seems now she's trying to drag decent people and a great business down as she's nothing more than a crybully. it's so great to see that both you and your loyal patrons respect and stand up for your staff. keep up the lovely and safe vibe 🙏...
